Triton Boats Simulator

Triton wanted to build a simulator but could not get past high costs and extremely long lead times at that time. They asked me to find a 'creative' and economical way to make it happen.

 

I found a start-up company with an emerging technology, now widely used, to drop the cost and delivery time by a factor of ten. I then researched existing nautical software and found an Israeli defense firm specializing in submarine simulators willing to use their exiting visuals and data to create an online course for very little cost.
